I was very pleased that The Good Guys were able to accommodate my last-minute request to have a brake lamp replaced. They went above and beyond and checked all my lights and tire pressure as well.

My wife, daughter & myself have been Pete Guy costomers going back to his 1st place. Which was on the same side back towards costco - since 1992. Pete had been wearing many hats for many years working his auto shop. Mark was a very positive addition, as has been Petes daughter. These 3 are the people i (costumer) usually deal with. The other Guy’s employees must also be top notch because i have not been going anywhere else in over 26 year. The job is done correctly the 1st time. There has never been a reason to questin or worrie about maintnace/repairs performed at Good Guys Automotive in our history of loving to do business with Mr Guy & his womderful staff. Despite providing the GG with some incorrect tire sizing, they seemlessly dealt with the challenge. My wife now has some really good tires on her car for when the rains return.
