He was transparent about the services my car actually needed, ensuring that I wasn’t paying for unnecessary repairs. The 38-point inspection was a fantastic feature. I loved how the inspection results were sent to me via text, complete with a link to their website and photos of my car. Cannot express enough the outstanding work and amazing customer service Mark and his team provides. As super busy as GGA is, today as I was there for just a simple oil change, a customer came is with a potential issue with their vehicle. Mark and his team stopped what they were doing to calmly let her know we can help, not to worry.

As always, excellent service and value. They replaced wires and hoses damaged by a rodent after a dealer telling us it was possible we would not be able to find parts and return the truck to operational condition. Thank you Good Guys!
