I appreciate their honest, efficient work. I've never once felt like Mark or Pete would take advantage of me. All aspects of repair are discussed with me (in advance, in simple terms- positives and negatives), and I decide what needs to be done. No pressure. In addition to the great vehicle service, the guys are personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional in the operation of their business.

Hi Guys, Wanted to hold off on bringing back my car in. I'm thinking the issue I am having is not related to any work you guys did. My guess is that when I put new tires on I switched the older tires to the back from the front. They had 15 thousand miles on them and perhaps they were not wearing perfectly? I want to drive 1500 miles or so and see if issue goes away. I had this issue with a previous car and it took care of itself. It could also be that the stiffer shocks is allowing me to feel the road more? Who knows? Thanks for your support.
