Thanks to Good Guys Automotive for their continued superior service when it comes to my Rav4. Pete outlined a maintenance plan for my vehicle -- it has 130k miles, so things are starting to need replacement -- and he gave me an honest assessment of when and in what order things should be replaced. They have worked on my car and SUV for years and I've always been very pleased with the service and the way they keep my car and SUV in top shape. These guys know their business when it comes to keeping your car in good shape and are a pleasure to work with.

They did a vehicle inspection in preparation for our Christmas road trip. It was very thorough, and they provided an easy to read report. It was prompt and reasonably priced. They even did a small adjustment to my suspension without increasing the quoted price. When I talked with the mechanics who inspected the vehicle, they told me of some things that may need to be done in the future. They could have told me the work needed to be done now, but instead they told me the vehicle is running fine as it is. I really appreciated that they were honest about that. Other shops try to gouge you and run up your bill. I will definitely consider them if our vehicle needs further work.
