Last Thursday, I couldn't pop open the gas cover of my Honda Civic. I drove to The Good Guys. Pete and Mark immediately checked out the problem and found that the spring was broken. The entire panel needed to be replaced. Although they had numerous customers booked on the following day, they helped me out by ordering the genuine Honda part, replaced it to the original operation, and even replaced my front brake pads. I am deeply appreciative of their competent workmanship and superb customer service from Janine. Thank you Pete and Mark and your crew, You are the BEST!
