I have been taking my cars to the Good Guys for about 10 years, and I have never been disappointed. They are professional and efficient. In addition, they have never made me feel like I needed to "call my husband" before making a decision. They break down the procedures and charges in advance. No surprises! Plus, they just upgraded their facilities including the waiting room and lobby. It's very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for and more from your automotive professionals!
