I was very impressed with the way Mark treated me. I recently lost my husband, & he normally took care of all the car issues. Mark was sensitive to my situation as well as my financial restrictions, now that I am a widow with 3 kids. Not only will I go back there again for any future repairs, but I will send my colleagues there as well, because I trust Mark & know that he will be fair.... & that's a rare quality, but one that I genuinely appreciate & admire.
