As always I receive excellent service at Good Guys. The group at Good Guys are friendly, efficient and thorough. They greet you with a smile and interact sincerely. They call to explain what the car needs and the options. They are honest and respectful in teaching me as much as I want to know. I trust the work and that they always have my safety in mind. They want to be proud of the work they do and they should be! What a blessing to have mechanics that make you feel glad that it is time to have the car serviced.

I got hoe late in the evening after having my car in for service, and had a vague notion that the cup holder looked clean and the dash didn't seem dusty. The next morning, I noticed the tires looked shiny. Upon closer inspection, the carpets looked clean, and then I realized: You guys cleaned my car while it was in!! THANK YOU! That was such a treat to put on top of the rental car and great service! You guys rock!
