As always, anytime I need service I take my vehicles to Good Guys. This time it was a ruined tire due to a flat. Pete took the information, Mark called me within an hour with a quote. The tire arrived next day, dropped the car off, within a few hours I received a text that it was ready. Couldn't be any easier.

I got lucky. Well, as lucky as someone can get who suddenly has a car problem 750 miles from home in the middle of a dream vacation. I was lucky to stumble upon Good Guys. The fear of the "out of towner" is always that we might be taken advantage of by an unscrupulous repair shop. But thanks to Mark and the Good Guys team, what might have been a crisis became only an inconvenience. They diagnosed and repaired my truck in the short time I had available and it now runs like a dream. Sadly I don't live nearby, so I can't be a repeat customer. But if I could, I would.
