I discovered Good Guys Automotive through extensive research. I had dealt with quite a few a shops including the dealership where I purchased my car a few years ago. However, they are all franchised, and we all know something about that. That so important personal relationship between the client and the shop is fairly weak and sometimes even absent. Simply put, we do not look forward to coming back. I did almost lose my faith in finding an honest, privately owned (let alone family owned) business and in wanting to be part of its success by being a regular customer. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I came across GGA and, after reading many of the reviews and comparing them with other shops, I decided to give GGA a call, since I was due for oil change and a routine inspection of my car. Beginning with scheduling my very first appointment over the phone right through having my car taken car of, I would describe my experience as of going through "the good old American way" customer service. It is a way, where the client is taken care of to such a degree and given such a supreme customer service, that it is impossible for them to not be impressed. I am thrilled and, quite frankly, privileged that I can help this wonderful AMERICAN FAMILY BUSINESS fare so well by now letting them service my car on a consistent basis. So, if you want to experience a superior, honest, courteous and truly caring customer service, feel appreciated, all while finding yourself in a family-like atmosphere, you had better start your car and drive yourself directly to GGA. You will most certainly pat yourself on the back for doing so.
