Their pricing is reasonable and much better than dealerships, particularly for high end vehicles. When I need an honest assessment of what needs to be done, I take my cars to the Good Guys. Even when we have to use the dealer for proprietary reasons, I often get a second opinion from the Good Guys first. I'm a 52 year old attorney and it's hard for me to trust anyone, but I trust them. They're a dying breed - a local business run by local folks you know, or, in my mom's case, taught in grade school. My parents referred me and I'm gald they did.
