Very positive experience with this shop to service my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. About 2 weeks ago I spoke with Pete about the AC not cooling evenly. Pete suggested I bring it in and have them look at it and that he would be willing to work with my extended Warranty depending on what the repairs might be. That’s fair and reasonable so I agreed. I set and appointment and brought it in as planned. Josh and Mark explained how they planned to diagnose the problem and it sounded good. Ended up identifying that the refrigerant was a bit low so they took care of it for me the same day and the AC is blowing air now like a meat locker. What awesome. I really appreciated how they explained what would happen and how they would communicate with me while my vehicle was being worked on. Great service at a fair price in my opinion/ since it was a service not under my warranty it was an expected expense but I need to have a reliable vehicle. This shop was honest and did a great job for me. Highly recommend and will be back.

Always fix what they say they will fix and report any needed repairs. Very good customer service! We won't go anyplace else to have our cars serviced!

I have now been going there for a few years, and as most of us know---when your car is taken care of that is one less thing in life that can create havoc.
