Josh and Mark were very professional, explained everything that was wrong with the car and fixed it on time. Very happy with them! Prior to going to The Good Guys, I went to two other shops explaining them the noice that the engine was making and they told me was nothing. The noise got worst overtime. Mechanics you can trust. Had a problem with my Jeep suddenly going into safe mode and The Good Guys replaced the part that was coded by the computer as the problem. That worked for about 100 miles then the same code came on. I returned to The Good Guys and they took the time to research the problem, made a few adjustments, ran another diagnostic check and reset the computer at no additional charge. Problem solved. Happy to do business with them and I will trust them with my other vehicles as well.
