I took a used vehicle in for inspection, I’m glad I did. They found a few issues that may be a problem in the future. I have been going to the Good Guys for years. They are dependable, honest and fast. I recommend them for older vehicles and those out of warranty.

I would give them more stars if possible. I completely trust them and they understood my situation with losing work from COVID-19, and they prioritized what I needed right away. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was done that day, and they were so cool about me picking up the car after closing time. I have been to other repair shops and they seem to take advantage of me because I’m a woman and don’t know much about cars. I certainly have never felt this way at Good Guys Auto Service!!

These guys deserve all five stars for taking care of my "baby" all these years! My SUV is very important to me and not knowing much about cars and SUVs it's important that I trust the people who keep her in good condition for as long as possible and they fit that bill. When we take extended driving vacations we take our SUV to them and have them give her a complete diagnostic and mechanical checkup. I ask them to look her over as if they were going to take their own families on a driving trip and they always come through for us. During all of our trips, she has never failed us and always brings us back home without a problem, and we like to go off-roading. If you need trustworthy, professional guys to take care of what ever type of vehicle you drive, these are the people you need to go to, you'll not be disappointed!
